Even though large institutions like schools, hospitals, etc has the same requirement only private institutions can afford this kind of facility due to high cost. Hence we have minimized the total cost, while fulfilling all the requirements.

And the available products only facilitate to isolating into few number of zones, which do not fulfill the requirement of a large institution (i.e. We have focused on a school and it requires zones for each grade, sections, play ground, assembly hall, hostels, etc. ). Therefore new design deviates from the available product with more zones.

We have provided wide selection criteria by facilitating to access each speaker individually, select any number of speakers from any number of zones, select any number of zones and Select pre defined combination.

When considering large institutions, they are fast growing and therefore it’s possible to keep an allowance for further extension. Hence, in our design we have kept few free addresses for each zone.

User Friendliness is a major requirement of a public address system, as any appointed worker should be able to handle the system conveniently. Therefore a Graphical User Interface is provided with less complexity. Apart from that, separate addresses are allocated for special combination for more convenience.

Unauthorized access to the PA system may be end up with severe difficulties. Therefore password protection is provided for the system and an option is given to remember the password if required.

Scheduling tasks and automated programmes (i.e playing national anthem, ringing bell between periods) is allowed.
